2016年底开始我的国外网站登不上去，对方说我翻墙软件问题

    我之前都能进入美国的一个网站，但是  2016.12月开始收到如下提示：

然后我按照提示  把红色方框里的两个："SSL3.0 和TLS1.0"取消打钩，然后 重启电脑再登入，显示无法连接，重复多次，不能上去，非常着急，希望得到帮助，谢谢。
