打印本页 - virus problems

I just downloaded FirePhoenix.3.1.(1109).zip and FirePhoenix.3.1.(1109).zip and tried to send it to a friend by gmail. But gmail said there was a virus detected and it refused to send it away. How to solve this problem?

1 firephoenix is expired
2 use RAR
