请问dweb, 海外可以（使用自由门或不使用任何翻墙软件）通过域名 WikiLeaks.org 打开维基解密吗？

现在我这里的情况是通过自由门， http://213.251.145.96/ 可顺利打开维基解密。

而通过自由门， http://WikiLeaks.org/ 返回下面信息：
