I can't find the "Stop" button

When I am using Windows 7, the "Stop" button under the pigeon disappears; but when I use Wine to run the program in Ubuntu, it appears.

这位用户在使用Win7系统时，"暂停使用"按钮没有出现，其他用户有看到这种现象吗？

三个条件将不显示这个按钮：
限制版本；不是代理模式；不设置IE代理。
请检查你的情况是否这样，如果不是，请再反馈。
