有两种可能。 （1） 可能是由于安装不完全造成的，请试试重新安装。(2) 或由于Windows Media Player (WMP)关闭造成的。 请檢查控制面板，点击"程序与功能"，再点击"打开或关闭window功能"，检查"Windows Media Player" 功能是否被关了,如果被关闭，请在该项中打勾，即打开就可以了。
