这个软件是由美国密歇根大学开发的新一代反互联网审查的方式
使用方法参见上面网页，9/17更新了大陆加强封锁后新增的中间网站
至少现在notreallyblocked那个还是可以用的，速度一般，是不错的选择

请教:Telex这个软件咋用法?ie浏览器代理设置127.0.0.1:8888后启动后,登不了动太网,不知还有啥要求?我的系统是xp.

there have some new server at the end of the official website. u can try it. i still can use it this morning
