本人只是部分解决MAC下面的显示问题。各位有新招或者有什么经验请回复一下。谢谢！

~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts下；
然后，编辑reg文件，文件内容如下：

"Helvetica"="simsun"
"MS Sans Serif"="simsun"
"MS Shell Dlg"="simsun"
"MS Shell Dlg 2"="simsun"
"System"="simsun"

（注：按照windows的格式，最后一行之后要敲回车符）
保存文件名为fonts.reg，保存在~/.wine下；
然后导入regedit：
    打开gnome-terminal，输入指令  cd ~/.wine
                                regedit fonts.reg
导入成功。
最后，打开regedit，~/.wine/drive_c/windows/regedit.exe,依次找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes，将该键下的MS Shell Dlg和MS Shell Dlg2键值删除。
退出regedit.exe，再看看你的wine吧。
