At first, you should make sure that you are not using VPN or another proxy at the same time. If 65.49.*.* is your real IP, and this IP is from China or other places which are suffering internet censorship, you should ask the administrators of GIFC to update IP database with your IP. It's much effective if you send a e-mail. This forum seems to be ignored by them...
